How to Manage IP Whitelisting in the Back Office

IP Whitelisting allows you to grant users access to the back office without requiring 2-factor authentication (2FA), as long as they log in from a trusted (whitelisted) IP address.

Go to the IP Whitelisting page

Navigate to Settings → IP Whitelisting in the back office.

Add a new IP address

Click Add IP Address and enter the IP you want to whitelist.


What happens next

  • Users logging in from this IP address will not be required to complete 2FA.


Remove a whitelisted IP address

  • Locate the IP address in the list.

  • Select the option to remove or delete it from the whitelist.
