How to Manage IP Whitelisting in the Back Office
IP Whitelisting allows you to grant users access to the back office without requiring 2-factor authentication (2FA), as long as they log in from a trusted (whitelisted) IP address.

Go to the IP Whitelisting page
Navigate to Settings → IP Whitelisting in the back office.

Add a new IP address
Click Add IP Address and enter the IP you want to whitelist.
What happens next
Users logging in from this IP address will not be required to complete 2FA.
Remove a whitelisted IP address
Locate the IP address in the list.
Select the option to remove or delete it from the whitelist.
